Shipping Process

Items will be sent out on regular working days, Mondays to Fridays, within 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order. 

Delivery & Shipping costs

Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Rates: We offer international shipping. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates: 

• Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Domestic Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

• International Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days

• International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

 

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: Milady Gift Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@remilia.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
