Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, they can be returned to Milady Merch Store within 7 days of receipt provided they are in original resalable condition. Returned goods must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging attached. Refunds do not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

 

Returns Process

All requests for refunds can be directed to support@remilia.org whereby you will receive a returns form to be completed before an authorization can be made. Once authorized you will receive a confirmation email with details for shipping return.

Upon receipt of the returned good’s, an inspection shall be carried out before the returns process can be completed confirming the goods meet the requirements listed above, you will be entitled to receive a refund or store credit for the cost of the goods.

The customer is solely responsible for the care of goods up until Tokibébé is in receipt of the returned products. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Return shipping costs of the items are the responsibility of the customer unless goods are damaged or faulty.

Please ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service and clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. Milady Merch Store is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

A refund will be issued back via original payment method within 30 days of receiving your return. Once the return of goods is authorized, a confirmation email shall be issued to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

We offer two different methods of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
